What it takes off your team
The same six questions, all day
Are you open, how much is it, do you deliver to my area, is it in stock, how long does it take, can I pay on delivery.
Answered honestly and at once, from your real prices and hours, not a script that went stale in March.
Orders and bookings, written down properly
It takes the order or appointment in the chat, confirms it, and files it where your team already looks. No retyping a thread into a spreadsheet at day's end, where things get lost.
The follow up nobody has time for
The customer who asked a price and never came back gets a message. Tomorrow's appointment gets a reminder. The cancelled slot goes to the next on the list.
The handover
When a conversation needs a person, it hands over with everything said so far. Your team picks up in the same thread. The customer never repeats themself.
Swahili and English in the same sentence
People here do not pick a language and stay in it. They switch inside one sentence and expect to be understood. A one language system makes them repeat themselves, the moment they stop writing.
Ours is built for how your customers actually write, worked out from your real threads rather than assumed.
The honest part
- It uses your existing business number. Your customers already know it.
- It says it is AI when asked. That is our rule everywhere.
- It does not take payment decisions or make promises about stock it cannot see. If it cannot check, it says so and passes the question on.
- You can switch it off at any moment and messages go back to where they went before.
Connecting to WhatsApp Business happens during the build, and what it needs from you is spelled out in the audit before anything starts. No surprise halfway through.
What it costs
An assistant starts at $190 a month, setup quoted separately, priced in shillings on request. The full plans are here. If a cheaper self service product fits, we say so in the audit rather than sell you ours.
Questions we get asked about this
Do I need a new phone number?
No. We work with the business number you already have, because your customers already know it.
Can it answer in Swahili?
Yes, and in English, and in the mix of the two that most people actually write.
What happens when it does not know the answer?
It hands the conversation to a person rather than guessing, and passes on everything said so far.
Will it message my customers without me asking?
Only the follow ups you agree during the build, such as reminders for a booking that already exists. Nothing gets sent to a list you did not approve.
Can we still reply by hand when we want to?
Yes. Your team can take over any conversation at any time, in the same thread.
The rest of what we do here
Start with the free audit
Two lines about the task you keep repeating is enough to start. You get back a short written plan naming the one system worth building first. We reply within one working day, and we say plainly when automating it is not worth your money.
