Tanzania

AI automation in Tanzania, built and run from Dar es Salaam.

We build the systems that answer the phone, reply on WhatsApp, take the order and chase the quote. Then we host them, watch them and repair them. There is nothing for you to install and nothing for your team to learn.

What a system built here has to survive

Software built for fibre in every office and one language on the phone does not survive a week in Dar. These are not edge cases. They are Tuesday.

Your customers write on WhatsApp, not on a contact form

The order, the price question and the complaint land in one thread, often late at night. Reading only email means answering a channel nobody uses.

The same sentence is half Swahili, half English

People switch language mid sentence and expect to be understood. A one language system makes them repeat themselves, and that is the moment they call a competitor.

The power goes, the internet goes, the business does not

What we build runs in the cloud, not a machine in your office. A local outage does not stop calls or messages being answered. Staff return to a record of what they missed.

Payment means mobile money as often as it means a card

A checkout that assumes a card fails most of your customers. We build around how you actually get paid, not how a foreign template assumes.

Branches upcountry are on a worse connection than the head office

Anything that needs a good line goes unused by the branch that needs it most. Message based systems work on a weak signal, so we lean on them.

What we build

Six systems, each taking over a job now done by hand. Most start with one, then add the next once it earns its place.

Two of them are written up for specific trades: clinics and medical practices, and transport and logistics.

Where we work

We are based in Dar es Salaam and work across Tanzania, including Arusha, Mwanza, Dodoma, Mbeya and Zanzibar, and into Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda.

Same time zone matters: a problem at four in the afternoon is four for us too, not the middle of our night.

We speak English, Swahili and French, and the systems we build do the same.

What it costs

The figures are published, not hidden behind a call: an assistant from $190 a month, an operations system from $490, a phone line from $290 plus the minutes it answers.

Setup is quoted separately: one clinic line and an ordering system across three branches are not the same job.

Quoted in shillings on request. The full plans are here, and what to compare us against is here, including where hiring someone or doing nothing is the better answer.

Who this is not for

Questions we get asked about this

Do you actually work in Tanzania, or is this a foreign site with a Tanzanian page?

We are in Dar es Salaam. You can call the number at the bottom of this page during working hours and reach a person here, and we meet clients in person in Dar.

Can the system speak Swahili?

Yes, and it handles customers who move between Swahili and English inside one sentence, which is what most people actually do. The languages are set during the build based on who really contacts you.

We already use WhatsApp for everything. Do we have to change?

No. That is the point. We build around the number, the calendar and the spreadsheet you already use. There is no platform to move into and no seats to buy.

How do we start?

With the free audit. It is a short written document naming the one system worth building first, the job it takes over and what it needs from you. It is yours to keep whether or not we build anything.

The full list of questions is here.

Start with the free audit

Two lines about the task you keep repeating is enough to start. You get back a short written plan naming the one system worth building first. We reply within one working day, and we say plainly when automating it is not worth your money.
