Clinics

The clinic phone that stops ringing out.

A missed call at a private clinic is not a missed call. It is a patient who is now dialling the practice down the road, and nobody on your side will ever know it happened.

Where the appointments are actually lost

The twenty minutes when reception is with a patient

The desk cannot be on the phone and with a patient at once. Calls that ring out during those stretches leave no message and never call back.

Evenings, weekends and lunch

People call a clinic when unwell, rarely between eight and five. A line that answers then books the appointments that now go elsewhere.

The cancellation that leaves a hole

A cancellation leaves an empty slot, and working the waiting list is the job nobody has time for. It gets called in order, first yes takes it.

The reminder that was not sent

Confirmations and reminders go out on their own, in the patient's language, on the channel they actually read.

The line we do not cross

It books, moves, cancels and reminds. It does not do triage and it does not give medical advice. Anything clinical goes to a person immediately, and where that line sits is set with you during the build.

It says it is AI when asked. In a clinic that matters most: a patient tricked at first contact does not trust the second.

What it plugs into, and what it does not touch

It works with the calendar and patient book your staff already use. We read from what you have instead of moving you somewhere new. Nothing changes in your records until you have watched it work.

Patient information is yours. It runs your system and nothing else: not shared with other clients, not used as training material. That is in the privacy policy and confirmed in writing for your build.

What it costs, and how to check it is worth it

A line answering your phone starts at $290 a month plus the minutes it answers, and an assistant on messages at $190. Setup is quoted separately. The plans are here.

The arithmetic is yours: count the calls that ring out in a week and what one appointment is worth. The free audit counts the first number with you, and if it does not clear the cost we say so.

Questions we get asked about this

Does it give medical advice?

No, never. It books, moves, cancels and reminds. Anything clinical goes to a person immediately.

Do we have to change our booking system?

No. We work with the calendar and the patient book your staff already use.

What about patient confidentiality?

Your data runs your system and nothing else. It is not sold, not shared with other clients and not used as training material. We sign an NDA before looking at anything if you ask.

Can it speak Swahili to patients?

Yes, in Swahili, English and French, including callers who switch between them.

What happens if the clinic loses power or internet?

It runs in the cloud, not on a machine at the practice, so calls keep being answered while your building is dark.

The rest of what we do here

Start with the free audit

Two lines about the task you keep repeating is enough to start. You get back a short written plan naming the one system worth building first. We reply within one working day, and we say plainly when automating it is not worth your money.
