What it does
It captures the request wherever it arrives
Phone, message, email, form. The details come out structured instead of living in someone's notebook or someone's memory.
It prices it by your rules
Your rate card, your surcharges, your minimums, your discounts. Not a number invented by a machine.
It sends it while they are still deciding
Same day, often within the hour, formatted the way you would have sent it.
It follows up on its own
The sequence you would run if you had time, run every time, without you remembering to.
It tells you what happened
Which quotes went out, which were opened, which went quiet, which turned into work.
What it plugs into
Your tools, not ours. These are connections we have made before and can make again.
If what you use is not listed, say so during the audit. Most business software can be connected, and we will tell you honestly when it cannot be or when it can but is not worth the money.
What it does not do
- It does not invent a price. If your rules do not cover the case, it routes it to you.
- It does not discount to close. It quotes what you told it to quote.
- It does not chase forever. The sequence stops where you say it stops.
Questions people ask about this one
My pricing is complicated. Will it cope?
Usually yes, because complicated normally means many rules rather than no rules. Where a case is genuinely a judgement call, it comes to you.
Can I check quotes before they go out?
Yes. Fully automatic, or held for your approval, or automatic under a value threshold and held above it.
What if the customer replies with a question?
It answers what it can and passes the rest to a person, with the quote attached to the thread.

Start with the audit
Two lines about the task you keep repeating is enough to start. We reply within one working day, and we say plainly when automating it is not worth your money.
