About us

We are the people who keep it running after the demo.

Exodus Labs AI is an automation studio. We build the systems that answer the phone, take the order and chase the lead, and then we host them, watch them and repair them for as long as you use them.

What we actually are

We are operators, not consultants. Nobody here writes you a strategy deck and leaves. We build a working thing, we put it in front of your real customers, and we stay on it.

The studio is small on purpose. You talk to the person building your system, not to an account manager who relays your problem to someone you never meet. When something breaks at 11 pm, there is no ticket queue between you and the fix.

We do not sell software. There is no Exodus platform you have to move your company into, no seats to buy, no dashboard your staff have to learn before they can do their job. We build around the way your business already works.

Why the studio exists

Most small and mid sized businesses do not lose money on strategy. They lose it in the gaps. The call that rang out at 7 pm. The quote that sat in a notebook for three days until the customer bought elsewhere. The appointment that cancelled on Tuesday and left an empty slot on Thursday because nobody called the waiting list.

None of that needs a bigger team. It needs something that never gets tired, never forgets and never goes to lunch. That is the whole business we are in.

The test we hold ourselves to. A system is finished when it quietly takes a job off someone's desk and nobody misses it. Not when a document says the project is delivered.

How we work

1. The audit, free and in writing

We look at how work really moves through your business. Where it arrives, who touches it, where it stalls. You get a short written plan naming the one system to build first and the job it takes over. It is a document, not a sales call, and it is yours to keep whether or not we build anything.

2. The build

You see a working version early, running on your real data instead of a slide. You point at what is wrong and we change it. We would rather show you something imperfect in week one than something polished in month three.

3. The run

We host it, monitor it and repair it. When something breaks, you hear it from us before you hear it from a customer. A system that works on demo day and dies in month two is a failure, and we treat it as one.

What we will not do

What we build with, and what we build into

The tools we use to build are our own business, the same way a builder does not sell you a list of the brands in their van. What matters to you is the other side of the question: what your system connects to. Those are your tools, and we name them plainly.

your phone line WhatsApp Business SMS Telegram Instagram and Messenger Google Calendar Outlook and Microsoft 365 Gmail and Google Workspace Google Sheets Excel your CRM Shopify and WooCommerce Stripe and card payments mobile money your accounting software your booking system

If what you use is not on that list, say so during the audit. Most business software can be connected. We will tell you honestly when it cannot, or when it can but is not worth the money.

Who we are for

Businesses that run on calls, messages and spreadsheets. Clinics and practices where the phone rings while both hands are busy. Transport and logistics firms quoting all day and typing it up at night. Shops and wholesalers whose customers already order by message. Service firms that win the job by being first to answer.

If your week goes on answering, typing, chasing and typing again, the pattern fits. If it does not, we will say so.

Start with the audit

Two lines about the task you keep repeating is enough. We reply within one working day, and we say plainly when automating it is not worth your money.
