Proof

What we have built, and what we will not pretend.

This is the page where most agencies put five logos, four five star reviews and a number with a plus sign after it. We are going to do something less comfortable and more useful.

Read this first. We do not publish client names, logos or screenshots, because we told those clients we would not. And we do not publish a percentage we cannot show you the working for. What follows is what was actually built, described honestly. The numbers behind each one exist, and we go through them with you during the audit, with the client's permission, on a call where you can ask how they were measured.

Why the logo wall is missing

A logo wall proves that someone paid an invoice. It does not prove the system still runs, and it says nothing about whether the same thing would work for you.

There is also a second reason, and it is the one that should matter to you. If we put your competitor's logo on this page, we would put yours on it too. Every client we take on gets told the same thing: your work stays yours, and it does not become someone else's marketing.

The trade is deliberate. We give up looking established in exchange for being someone you can safely tell things to.

Four systems running today

Described by sector and by what they do, which is as specific as we can be without breaking the rule above.

A private clinic group

The phone was the bottleneck. Calls came in while both hands were busy, and the ones that rang out never showed up anywhere, so nobody knew what they were losing.

What runs now: a voice agent that answers at any hour in the languages patients actually use, books directly into the calendar, and calls the waiting list when someone cancels. Behind it, the desk staff work on one screen showing the day, the waiting list and one record per patient. When a call needs a human, it goes to a human with the context attached.

A logistics operator

Quotes were the bottleneck. Requests arrived by phone all day, got noted down, and were priced and typed up in the evening. By then a competitor had often answered.

What runs now: calls are answered in more than one language, the request is captured structured rather than on paper, priced against the operator's own rate card, and sent the same day. Then it is followed up until there is an answer instead of going quiet.

A grocery retailer

Customers were already ordering by message, and a person on the other side was retyping every list into the system. Slow, and wrong often enough to matter.

What runs now: customers browse, choose and confirm inside the conversation they already use. They see the list and the total before they commit. The order comes out structured and ready to prepare, and repeat customers reorder in one message.

A services firm building its own pipeline

Growth depended on the founder finding time to prospect, which meant it happened in bursts and then stopped.

What runs now: the profile of the accounts already paying is turned into search criteria, the matching businesses are found and verified, the person who can actually decide is identified, and the approach runs with consent handling and a working opt out. The founder spends their time on replies.

What we will show you instead

Rather than asking you to trust a page, here is what you can actually get.

The honest limits

Being straight about proof means being straight about its edges too.

We would rather you arrive at the first call with accurate expectations than with impressive ones.

Ask to see one working

Say which of the six systems is closest to your problem and we will show you that one running, then tell you plainly whether your case is close enough for it to matter.
