Tanzania

AI chatbot development in Tanzania, past the menu of buttons.

Most things sold as chatbots are a list of intents somebody typed in advance. They answer the questions that were predicted and fall over on the rest. We build assistants that read what was actually written.

The difference that decides whether it survives month two

A menu of intents can only answer what someone thought of

The common build is a list of expected questions with canned answers. It demos well, because the demo asks from that list.

Then a customer writes "the one you sent me last week, is that price still ok if I take four" and nothing matches. The bot apologises and your team answers by hand anyway.

An assistant reads the sentence and works from your real information

What we build reasons over your prices, stock, hours and history with that customer, not a phrase matched against a list. It answers what was actually asked, including the questions nobody predicted, and keeps working when your prices change.

It stops when it should

Every system has a line where it stops guessing and hands over to a person, with the context. Where it sits is set with you during the build. A bot that improvises when unsure is a liability, not an asset.

What we build it on top of

Your information, not a generic model of your industry. Before anything is written we take your prices, services, hours, delivery rules and the questions your team answers twenty times a week. That last one is the real specification.

One assistant answers on all of them, so a customer who asks on Instagram and follows up on WhatsApp does not start again.

What it connects to

Your tools, not ours. We regularly connect calendars, client records, spreadsheets, online shops, card payments, mobile money, accounting software and booking systems.

If yours is not listed, say so during the audit. Most can be connected, and we say honestly when yours cannot, or when it can but is not worth it.

Reading from what you already have comes first. Replacing it is a separate decision and usually a bad one.

What you get, and what it costs

A working version early, on your real data rather than a demo script, so you learn in week one whether customers take to it, not month three.

Hosting, monitoring and repairs stay with us as long as you use it. When something breaks, you hear it from us first.

An assistant starts at $190 a month, with setup quoted separately. The plans are published here.

Questions we get asked about this

How long does a build take?

You see a working version early, running on your real data. How long it takes to finish depends on what it connects to and how quickly we get answers from your side. The audit gives the timeline for your specific case.

Will customers know it is a machine?

If they ask, yes, plainly. It answers naturally, but it does not lie about what it is. A customer who feels tricked costs you more than one who knows.

Who owns the chatbot once it is built?

You own your data at all times, and once the build is paid for the system is yours. That goes in writing before we start.

What happens if we stop working together?

You keep the system and your data, and we hand over what is needed to run it elsewhere. There is no clause that traps you.

Do you build in Swahili?

Yes, in Swahili, English and French, including customers who switch language mid sentence.

Start with the free audit

Two lines about the task you keep repeating is enough to start. You get back a short written plan naming the one system worth building first. We reply within one working day, and we say plainly when automating it is not worth your money.
